I have a MENSA certificate and an IQ of 170. If I put this in my Harvard application, does it guarantee that they will accept me?

Nothing gaurantees they will accept you.
It all depends on your extra curricular activities, your gpa, your sat/act test scores, etc.
It will not hurt you thats for sure. Anything you can say that makes you sound smarter and better.
You will have to do an interview and they are very big on your personality

Leave it out. Virtually everyone who is admitted to Harvard qualifies for Mensa (note use of lower case). Harvard does not want to know your IQ. It wants to see what you have done with it.
