Your question makes no sense. There aren’t any quotas for caucasians.

It’d be more realistic if you were a well-qualified black student and received a response that the black quota was filled.

I think the fact that you do not know the what a proper noun is ("University" should be capitalized) nor do you appear to grasp the concept of grammar would certainly be a good reason not to allow you to attend Harvard.
