ITS A POLITE WAY OF TELLING U THAT U ARE NOT SMART ENOUGH TO ATTEND THEIR SCHOOL. ITS OKAY…. UR PARENTS PROBABLY FEEL THE SAME WAY ABOUT U.
U SHOULD GO WHERE PALIN WENT TO COLLEGE … IT WOULD SUIT U BETTER
I think the fact that you do not know the what a proper noun is ("University" should be capitalized) nor do you appear to grasp the concept of grammar would certainly be a good reason not to allow you to attend Harvard.
"Handed down on June 23, 1978, the decision of the Court was announced by Justice Lewis Powell. The court ruled 5-4 that race could be only one of numerous factors used by discriminatory boards, such as those of college admissions. Powell found that quotas insulated minority applicants from competition with the regular applicants and were thus unconstitutional because they discriminated against non-minority applicants. Powell, however, stated that universities could use race as a plus factor. He cited the Harvard College Admissions Program which had been filed as an amicus curiae as an example of a constitutionally valid affirmative action program which took into account all of an applicant’s qualities including race in a "holistic review".
The decision was split with four justices firmly against all use of race in admissions processes, four justices for the use of race in university admissions, and Justice Powell, who was against the UC Davis Medical School quota system of admission, but found that universities were allowed to use race as a factor in admission. Title VI of the civil rights statute prohibits discrimination in any institution that receives federal funding. Burger, Stewart, Rehnquist, and Stevens supported this view and supported Bakke’s side of the case. Brennan, Marshall, Blackmun, and White did not like this strict scrutiny and tolerated this violation because of the socio-political ramifications. The nature of this split opinion created controversy over whether Powell’s opinion was binding. However, in 2003, in Grutter v. Bollinger and Gratz v. Bollinger, the Supreme Court affirmed Powell’s opinion, rejecting "quotas", but allowing race to be one "factor" in college admissions to meet the compelling interest of "diversity". After eight months, a vote of 5-4 decided that Bakke be admitted to the medical school at Davis."
Sorry to tell you, there’s no way to infer anything from a rejection letter. Such letters are only explicit and courteous. However, yours seems to be in violation of the law, as the excerpt above shows. Not to mention your disregard for appropriate and correct spelling.
If you did have an application to Harvard, maybe you could look up on disclosure policies, and federal or state provisions that may force some Universities to let you access everything they have about you. I know this because application to some Universities implies the signing of a waiver of such legal rights. At least applying for graduate studies at UC, Irvine in the early 90’s, had such a form.
It is called reverse discrimination where being caucasion is your new handicap preventing you from getting treated equally based on your skills and knowledge. Most businesses now have quotas that must be filled by specific minorities for the purpose of Equal Opportunity. If you can show you have some kind of Black, Asian, Hispanic, Native American, female, or other favored minority nationality in your blood, maybe you can try again, and will get accepted if that happens to be the minority slot they are trying to fill. .
It meant that a lot of people of your ethnicity but with better scores already were admitted. And that although you may have competitive grades, you were just not good enough for Harvard.

Your question makes no sense. There aren’t any quotas for caucasians.
It’d be more realistic if you were a well-qualified black student and received a response that the black quota was filled.

Riiiiiiiiiight.
And it’s "quota".
I actually went to Harvard; at no point would that ever be on there. If that is some attempt at a joke, you failed miserably.
What is a white quote?
Maybe you just didn’t make the grade.
Your English is atrocious.
"white" is the harvard codeword for "nutsac"
You need to wave your magic wand. If you do, you will see that it is the "witch", not the "white" quota which was full.
I thought you knew stuff like that. Maybe Dumbledore forgot to send your grades.
The link Larry R posted actually says this:

Judging from what you’ve written here, they were probably just trying to be nice.
It meant that a lot of people of your ethnicity but with better scores already were admitted. And that although you may have competitive grades, you were just not good enough for Harvard.
Obviously, from your grammar and spelling, you are not Harvard material.
It means you are too stupid to go there.
