Go somewhere else (preferably somewhere cheaper because medical school will leave you with quite a bit of debt). Anyway, colleges only look at what you did in high school. Yes, they matter. That being said, I wouldn't stress out too much if you are less than perfect in your grades. Colleges look at so much more than that. Leadership and community service are important factors, plus SAT/ACT test scores. Trust me when I say that you'll change your mind a dozens times on what you want to be and where you want to go by the time you graduate.
