But my guess is yes - after all, you're taking up all the same resources as the people who actually want credit. I'm not sure why you think the community college & the teacher/professor should donate their time, labor, and resources to you without getting paid. However, you will still most likely need to pay SOMETHING, since you will be taking a seat in the class that could have otherwise gone to a student who would have paid the regular tuition.
