		<description>This depends on whatever agreement your high school has with the community college.  But my guess is yes - after all, you're taking up all the same resources as the people who actually want credit.  I'm not sure why you think the community college &amp; the teacher/professor should donate their time, labor, and resources to you without getting paid.  You're still getting an education out of the deal, even if you don't want the credits.</description>

		<description>You will need to discuss this with your high school and/or the college in question. However, you will still most likely need to pay SOMETHING, since you will be taking a seat in the class that could have otherwise gone to a student who would have paid the regular tuition.</description>
