is it true that some colleges like Harvard and Columbia University offer free tuition for families that makeunder 60,000 dollars a year? if so can you give me a list of colleges that do that, please? thank you.

I’m planning on applying to Harvard, Stanford, Yale, Darthmouth, and Brown University. I play basketball outside of school and I volunteer at school, my church, and in other organizations. I’m in various clubs. And I have about a 4.33 GPA. I would like to get into any of these colleges and I would like to know if these qualifications can get me into any of these colleges.
